Our new villa has is fully equipped with all
modern facilities and comforts , there are 3 bedrooms in the
main house and there is one bedroom in the guest house, the
villa it’s possible to accommodate up to 10 persons.
There is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and
jet stream facilities, the demission of the swimming pool
is 10 meters long and 4,5 meter width, the minimum depth is
1,10 meters in the Jacuzzi area and the maximum depth is 2,5
meters.
In the surround area of the swimming pool there
are: pool bar, lounge area, dinning table, sun beds, small
BBQ, sound system, projector for movies, big BBQ area, traditional
stoned oven and garden.
The main house is 200 sq. meters in two levels
connected with interior stairs there are 3 bedrooms in total,
one big and small bathroom in each level. There are air-conditions
and TV’s in all rooms.
In the first level there is a fully equipped
kitchen with oven, electric rings with lock for the children’s
protection, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher machine, coffee
maker, plates, glasses and all the necessary utensils.
Dinning area with a table for 10 persons, lounge
with 40’’ LCD TV, one bedroom with a king size
water bed, one big bathroom and one small bathroom, there
is an office corner with desktop PC , copier, fax, printer
in one machine and high speed WI-Fi broadband internet connection.
In the second level there is a living room
with fire place big lounge, bar area, 50’’ plasma
TV with satellite channels, DVD player, and sound system,
big veranda with sea view, two bedrooms, two bathrooms one
big with bath tub and one small.
In the ground floor there is 50 sq. meters
guest house with one bedroom, bathroom, wash and dryer machine,
living room with lounge, dinning table for 4 persons, air-condition,
TV set, fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric rings,
refrigerator, dishwasher machine, and microwave.
Sheets and towels provided.
Private parking area.
Cleaning service twice the week included.
Free travel information (tickets, ferry and planes schedules,
car rentals, excursions).
